All you have to do is download it for free, open it with software such as Adobe Reader and print it.
Using washable towels is not only eco-friendly in itself, but can be 100% eco-friendly by using only recycled fabrics.
Outer fabrics:
-use scraps of 100% cotton fabric left over from previous sewing projects
Absorbent fabric:
-Use terry cloth (bamboo, cotton, etc.) or microfiber cloth that you can cut from towels that you no longer use.
Waterproof fabric:
-Choose a PUL fabric, waterproof or coated. If you have any doubts about its waterproofness, do not hesitate to run it under water to check that it does not absorb water.
Even better, you can cut it into an old raincoat or even a broken umbrella; we all have one that we're dying to throw away. This is a great opportunity to give it a new purpose!
A snap button:
The snap button provides real comfort as it will keep the sanitary napkin in place during use. In addition, this snap will allow you to neatly close the used napkin.
Choose a plastic snap fastener to avoid irritation on skin contact
